Great location. Highway noise a bit if in issue but it would not stop me from staying here again. Can hear people walking and their TV upstairs. Very nice host and would recommend.

Very nice, clean place, loved the fact that they had a nice amount of coat hangers. The bedrooms were huge. The bathroom was nice with double sinks. Communicating with manager was very easy. Our only problem was trying to figure out the TV, but that’s just because we are old school. Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a must if you are headed to Red Rock Amphitheater

We were slightly concerned about staying in a basement but felt very safe in our rental and in the neighborhood. I felt safe enough to walk daily in the neighborhood. The beds were super soft and comfortable. The drive to red rock was very easy. Also, we had a small, rare issue and Kendra was quick to offer us help and support. THANK YOU!!!!

cold! They did a great job shopping walmart for sheets, but they are cold and thin. Radiators doent heat up enought. Shower drains slow. I told them to fix it. As well as a gate light. Very steep steps. How tub was just what we needed. Definitely come back, but with a space heater

Check in and out process was easy. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive making sure we had everything we needed. Location is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from Red Rocks as well as gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay here again!

This place was the absolute BEST! The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Denver, CO area! We went to a concert at Red Rocks, and it was only about 15 min away and very convenient! The hot tub they had was amazing and was just a bonus! We forgot our swim trunks there after our stay, unfortunately, and we live in Iowa. They sent out suits back to us, no questions asked, and were so helpful! 1000/1000 would go back again! :)P.S That had to be one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in as well!
