New! Perfect Vacation Home w/pool

Enjoy this home that is fully renovated and designed for a perfect vacation. Hang out at the pool or head to the beach. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 2.7 miles from the beach. 2 minute walk to Venetian Waterway Park trail.
Kitchen is fully stocked. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided.

POOL HEAT: Additional $25/day fee.
*** Max Pool heat 85 degrees

Pool: Direct access to a swimming pool through three access points via sliding doors located in the living room, and 2 of the bedrooms.

This property is very nice, and well equipped (right down to soaps, shampoos, and body wash). It was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect to beaches and shopping. It’s also in a nice quiet neighborhood. I recommend it highly.

I think this house is the most perfect VRBO we have ever rented. We loved the layout for 2 couples. Each had our privacy. House was extremely well stocked from seasonings to shark tooth hunting equipment. They thought of everything. Very clean and the house has been well card for. We would love to return.

Great house, very clean, exactly as described in listing and photos. Perfect amount of amenities without being cluttered. Within 5-10 minutes of great beaches. Fun waterway walking trail 1 block away.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool area was a little dirty but mostly because there was no cover for it and the seed droppings from mature trees leaked thru the protective screen. One of the screens had a tear in the bottom corner of it and there were a few spider webs in upper corners. I’m sure all of these things are season related, Florida gets a lot of wind that blows trees and tears screens. The pool cleaning company did a great job on Thursday, toward the end of our stay.The inside of the house was VERY clean and well taken care of. It was easy to relax in this house. The couch was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm in the air conditioning after a day in the sun. We had an issue with a bathroom light and it was fixed the same day. We would stay here again! That is honestly the best promo/compliment I can give a rental home. The location was great too, you won’t regret staying here.

5+ stars. Just as pictured, great pool great space, plenty of room to comfortable. Restaurants churches stores very close by quiet neighborhood. Got to say hello to some of the neighbors they were very friendly. YELENA was very easy to get hold of communications were great. Would definitely go back again hoping to visit again in the summer.

Property was very nice, very clean.We had an issue with the pool for a day and 11/2; filter was not running and neither was the small waterfall into the pool since it depended on the filter being functional. Didn't use the pool for that day and 1/2 because of the filter issue. It would have been helpful to have a book with local info and basic house instructions. Had some issues with the streaming TVs that older/seniors may not have been able to resolve. Location was perfect!Host was very responsive and house was very nice, comfortable and well appointed.

This place is 10/10. The perfect house for relaxing with family and enjoying a great pool day. We have been coming to Venice to visit family for over 30 years and recently started renting homes for our vacations and this place is by far the best one we have been to so far! Looking forward to future vacations in this spot. Pool is clean and heated 10/10The house is clean and spacious. The house has all the kitchen amenities you need and beach chairs and beach toys. Beach towels supplied were so handy. Overall could not leave a better review and the host was very responsive and a great communicator.
