All I can say is wow! The house was clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Drinking coffee overlooking the ocean from the top deck and watching the sunset was my absolute favorite activity. The owner Doug was very helpful and we were blown away at the hospitality we received from Joanne and her crew. Joanne helped us coordinate our golf carts, boat parking, brought us towels and other very needed items. This easily saved us a full day of trial & error as first timers on the island. Joanne is beyond amazing and made our weekend so special, thank you!

Cannot wait to return!

What a great house! A great location, view and stay! We cannot say enough about how seamless this whole experience was for us. For our first time on Elbow and with an infant, we were nervous. Joanne was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure our experiences was perfect! We cannot wait to come back!

Awesome Blue Tang house

Joanne was excellent about getting us anything we needed and very quickly. House was perfect for 2 families with teens and younger children. Plenty of places to sleep and bathrooms for everyone. Well stocked with towels for bath & beach/boat. Kitchen could have used a few more staple items such as cookie sheet, baking dishes. Tupperware for storing leftovers and some casual drinking glasses(not glass) for kids. Place was truly great tho. Our families had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the house was perfect for us. Joanne was amazing. She was very helpful and communicative, and we were happy to have her on the ground. We arrived at Blue Tang on Wednesday shortly after 1 pm. We discovered quickly that the water at the house was not working. At 10:30 pm we had enough water to flush the toilets and brush teeth, but not enough to shower. On Thursday morning, the water was off again and did not work until 6:45 pm. Joanne was kind enough to find us a place to shower on Thursday afternoon after two days of not being able to use the showers at Blue Tang. When we returned from dinner Thursday night the power was out and water did not work yet again. Again, Joanne was great and tried to ensure we were up and running as soon as possible, but we spent two days of our trip at Blue Tang without properly working water. Owner has not responded to two messages after the trip to address with me. It’s now been two months. Unfortunately, cannot recommend.

Excellent location and superb hospitality! We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Tang. Clean as clean can be. The Abacos has been our second home for decades, and Joanne made our stay special!! We came by boat and were picked up with alot of gear. We hope to be back soon!!
