Betrug! Ubud Peaceful retreat villa

Es gab keinen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden betrogen!Ich habe versucht, den Gastgeber per Fewo-Direkt-SMS zu kontaktieren, da wir am 09.07.2025 erst spät vor der Villa ankamen.Jedoch hat er auf keine meiner SMS reagiert.Als wir dort waren, stellt sich heraus, dass wir betrogen wurden. Die Villas waren zwar da, jedoch war alles dunkel. Unser Taxifahrer konnte die Nachbarin erreichen, die uns auf englisch mitgeteilt hat, dass diese Ferienwohnungen jeweils Langzeitvermietet seien.Nun standen wir da in Indonesien mit zwei Kinder, wobei der Taxifahrer kaum englisch konnte. Ich musste über Freunde zu später Stunde ein Hotel finden!Enttäuschend war auch, dass ich bei Fewo-Direkt nirgends eine Notfallnummer befunden habe. Dort wird via KI immer nur auf den Besitzer/Gastgeber verwiesen!Meine komplette Zahlung wurde jedoch entgegengenommen!Nun möchte ich mein Geld zurück!
