Very happy with our accommodations, the place was super clean, everything that we needed (or might need) was provided, and it was a very comfortable place to stay. It's reasonably close to downtown, easy walking distance to the George St. area.All in all, we would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in St. John's.

Very convenient location - clean property and the team managing the property responds quite quick!Parking is easy - they give you a pass for street parking and there is a slot right in front of the house. Neighbors are friendly too! There are people on the street from time to time in the area but they are all quite friendly.

Quaint base for exploration of St John's area

Modern and well-equipped, perfect for our party of 2. While there was no private parking, the on-street parking (using the parking permit supplied with the house) was just fine: every time we arrived back at the house, we were able to park right at the front door!

Our little blue ‘Jelly Bean’

The Cabot is a lovely and VERY clean facility. Because of its location, it was quick and easy to go to the downtown core or get on a highway to see the sights outside of the city. Staying in a ‘Jelly Bean’ house added to the fun of Historic St John’s. We would book it again!
