Cottonwood 343 will truly bring an unforgettable experience when staying in Moab. After a long day of adventuring, you can relax in your private hot tub while gazing out at the breathtaking red rock views from the spacious private backyard. You'll feel like you're in a dream as you soak in the warm water and take in the stunning natural beauty of Moab! This property also offers a community pool that is open year-round, which is just a short 5 min walk away.
Just a short drive to Arches National Park (10 minutes), where you can marvel at even more incredible natural wonders of Utah! Canyonlands National Park and Deadhorse State Park are also only 45 minutes away.
Cottonwood 343 is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, where you can explore the charming local shops and indulge in delicious meals at nearby restaurants. If you prefer to cook at the property, you'll have a fully stocked kitchen and gas BBQ available with an outside patio set or dining table for enjoying your home-cooked meals.
If you're traveling with several vehicles, ATVs and/or bikes; you'll have ample space for parking and storing your gear in the spacious two car garage. You'll also have driveway parking space available directly outside of the garage.
The living room area offers a small sitting space in the corner, complete with a desk which is the ideal place to write a letter, enjoy some quiet time or meet a lingering deadline if work is a priority.
The master bedroom in this property hosts a king mattress while the second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room transitions into a sleeper when additional space is required.
Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore the natural beauty of the area, this is the perfect destination. The combination of peaceful relaxation, local charm, and natural wonder makes for a memorable experience!
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit, and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the bikes will be fully operational at all times. Issues such as flat tires or mechanical problems may arise, and we may not be able to resolve them during your stay. If a bike(s) is not usable during your stay, a refund will not be provided as the bikes are an incentive but not a guarantee. Guests are responsible for using the provided bike lock when taking the bikes around downtown to ensure they are secure and not stolen. Please also note that these bikes are designed for use on paved cement pathways only and are not suitable for mountain or trail riding. The Moab bike path and the sideways surrounding Moab are great places to ride! We hope you enjoy exploring the area on these bikes, and we appreciate your understanding regarding their use and maintenance.
The townhome is equipped with wireless internet, and all televisions have cable.
Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
