Nearby area ...you will be spoilt for choices from fine dining to a large food hall...groceries, cinema...and endless shops.....
Location is the best part,of this unit as you will be near everything.

Unit complete with fridge, aircon, cooker, microwave, flat tv, dvd, heater on shower, 2 single bed and a sofa bed.....cooking utensils, plates, bedsheets, ....every thing you need for a comfortable stay. We have several units in the area hence different units can be provided at the time of booking.

Enjoyed my stay

The condo was close to Veterans Golf Course which I usually play at, this is why I choose the location, it was a only a 20 minute walk away. Another plus was there was a pedestrian walking bridge from the condo to the SM Mall, a 5 minute walk. Convenient for eating out. The host was easy to get a hold of when I had questions or when something minor that needed to be taken are of to make my stay comfortable.

It feels like home

Rommel, the owner of Grass Residence condo has been the best host I've encountered. It feels like home. Clean place, very organized, every thing you need to make my stay comfortable. Close to the amenities and just across one of the largest department store - SM, reataurant and groceries are just walking distance. Ecellent choice! Highly recommended!
