The home features 1 KING bed and attached bath, 1 QUEEN bedroom with bath, 1 kids' bedroom with 2 twins, and a living room with a sleeper sofa. It sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 with the sofa. It has in-home laundry (washer and dryer) and is close to the pool. Cable and flat-screen TVs included. WIFI and high-speed internet (normally $10) are free for promotional offers. The kitchen has standard appliances: microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Kissimmee Fun

Was nice and clean. Served our purpose perfectly. We stayed three and a half months and we were close to everything! Pool was warm enough to swim and sunbathe by mid February. Pool area was wonderful and very clean.

Wonderful stay at Lake Buena Vista

I chose this property because it is conveniently located close to the Disney parks. It is a spacious townhouse with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is very clean and has everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Amazing Host Manny

The home is very comfortable and they welcomed our pets as well. Location was perfectly centered for all nearby attractions and restaurants. There is a Walmart just down the road and Disney is not far, very convenient!

Can’t beat the 10-15min drive to Disney. Liked that it is a gated community and allows pets (for a fee).

Perfect place for our quick Disney vacation. Outstanding location too!

This 3 bedroom/3 bath condo was perfect for our family. This location is just minutes away from Disney. We have a 5 and 2 1/2 year old that still take naps so we were able to leave the parks to take care of the little ones and get right back to the parks! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was as expected except it does say the pool is heated which it is not. That didn't stop the kids from swimming, not a big deal, just that it is listed as heated. The unit was nice, plenty of room for our family.

The listing description was accurate, and the owner was available to handle any problems. Two king size beds are a real plus, plenty of room for 6 of us. Unit could have been cleaner, but we enjoyed our stay, a very convenient area.

Crestwynd Bay

This property was more than what I thought it would be. The house was clean and immaculate. It is in a gated community and there wasn't any trouble getting in and out. My family and I would use Manny and My Orlando Stay again. It s down the street from the restaurants and 2 miles from Disney World. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was certainly beyond expectation

Very nice, well kept property and grounds. It certainly was beyond expectation for the price range. The only thing we would prefer to see in the future would be dish washing detergent and laundry soap. Other than that it is a wonderful location very close to Disney. RB

Crestwynd Bay...a great place to stay

Crestwynd Bay was excellent for my family. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom which made getting ready very easy. Everything was so neat and clean inside the condo. It was very quiet and we felt safe and secure inside and out of the condo. Mr. Manny was very prompt and courteous anytime I had a question. Crestwynd Bay was in an excellent location. It was very close to Disney World. It only took us about 5-10 minutes to be inside Disneys parking lot depending on traffic. We plan to stay again on our next vacation to Disney World and I would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Had troubles with code for door when we arrived. I had to call customer service sot they can fixed the problem. Wi-Fi poor signal, my husband wasn't able to connect hia computer to do some work. House needs a deep clean. It looks like the house wasn't in a long time. they cleaned long tome ago.

Birthday Weekend in Orlando

This vacation villa served its purpose as a home base to enjoy my birthday weekend in Orlando. The pool was just a short walk away and it was heated. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves at the pool! I would suggest improving the quality of towels, as the towels were small and rough. Hair was in the bed of the master bed and bathroom. The TVs didn’t work, which was okay since we played games and went to Seaworld. If my stay was longer than two nights, this would’ve been o more important. Thank you for sharing your space with us :)

Great location, very basic

We did a very last minute booking with this property and was pleased. It’s a great location, close to all Disney properties. The condo was very clean. It’s very basic. I’ve stayed at many places and this one was the most basic. The towels were very small and like the cheap motel towels. We went and bought some at Walmart. There wasn’t any spices, like salt and pepper. Only one dishwasher tab. For a weeks stay it was necessary to go and get all that stuff. But that’s ok. It was clean and just what we needed.

Nothing good to say. The unit was not the same one we rented..

Nothing good to say about this home. Walked in the smell of Lysol was so strong we had to open all the windows. Gave us the lmpression it was clean. All I had to do was look at the place it was absolutely filthy. Carmen the manager told us there was someone in there for 2 years? They moved out that and we moved in for the month.I have pics. This unit had not been cleaned in a long long time there was sticky grime all over furniture. Couch was dirty and all ripped. Doors walls floors disgusting. Talked to Manny he said he would give us our money back and to go look for something else. We do not know the area and it being March nothing else is available. This man has many units in this complex but would not help to get us anything else. He did not believe it was filthy. Anyway I cleaned for 5 hours the first night and 3 hours next day. Got so upset we got the manager over to clean as I had had it. While I was on the phone to Manny he said he would get 2 new couch's ln and a few other things. He did not keep up his end of the bargain. We expected this unit to be the same one as he had advertised as being new and top end furniture so he showed us the wrong pics of the place sure as heck was far from the same. I would advise anyone not rent of this man. We spoke with quite a few people who where renting of him and they all had bad experiences. Also scotch tape held up the curtains which a gentleman who had rented 2 years ago said he put the scotch tape up. The chesterfields all he did was put covers over the dirt and the covers did not even fit. Carmen when she had finished cleaning took a video and asked if I was happy. I said yes as she could not do anything else to clean this up.I could have said a lot more..Renters beware this owner did not look after this unit..Just to let you know we have been renting in Florida for quite a few years and never came across anything like this. We where always very happy with our rentals..
