This property does NOT have a heated pool, please use our Hot Tub and enjoy the beautiful waterfront views!
CABLE TV
Note that we do NOT offer cable. We have smart TVs in the home and you are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. There are streaming platforms where you can watch live TV including sports. We have instructions for this in our guidebook
GRILL
We have a propane grill to be used outside only. Please clean up after usage!
SECURITY
We have installed a doorbell camera. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the back yard. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am
You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your check-in
HOUSE RULES
UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
NOTE: If you are booking your stay to have a small family or friend gathering under 12 people for a birthday, graduation, or anything else, please note this in your booking! We would love to host you for your celebration and will authorize small gatherings under the occupancy limit
GUEST VERIFICATION
We have partnered with Safely for our guest verification process. By choosing to stay with us, guests agree to the following statement: I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be requested to the host. I agree to complete screening requirements from SafelyStay, Inc. I understand that my booking is not confirmed until all guest verification requirements are met.
TRUST & SAFETY FEE (Damage Waiver)
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be found through Safely. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or
minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest and Moonrise Homes LLC will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.
INSURANCE
We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling rental terms

With an outdoor banquet table seating 10, a pool, and a hot tub, it's the perfect place to gather with friends and family!
The Clubhouse is located in one of most desirable areas in Peoria - our home is located only 3 miles away from Peoria Sports Stadium, the premier sports and entertainment venue located in Peoria. P83 area and Arrowhead Town Lakes Shopping is also only 3 miles away.
With close proximity to Highway 101, you can drive 20 minutes South to Westgate Entertainment District for football games and concerts (State Farm Stadium), or you can drive 20 minutes East to Kierland and Desert Ridge! TPC Scottsdale for WM Open is 20 min!
Utopia park is walking distance (less than a mile) - there are basketball courts and playgrounds!

When you walk into our home, you are greeted by the large entry and vaulted ceilings which allow light to cascade through the space. Our dining table is surrounded by windows and seats 10. There is a conversational space to enjoy some coffee, read a book, or spend time with friends and family!

★ The Grand Canyon: 1 King Bed sleeps 2 - access to upstairs outdoor balcony! Room is on the second floor. 55 inch smart TV.
★ Twin Peaks: 2 Twin Beds, sleeps 2 - perfect for kids! Room is on the second floor.
★ The Sedona: 1 Queen Bed sleeps 2. Room is on the second floor.
★ The Phoenix: 1 Queen Bed sleeps 2. Room is on the second floor.
Enjoy a restful night in any of our bedrooms. The Scottsdale is located downstairs, and the other bedrooms are all on the second floor. There is a central hallway bathroom upstairs with a shower. There is a half bath (no shower) downstairs in the hallway as well.

Being in Northern Phoenix, Sedona is only 1.5-2 hrs away, and Flagstaff is 2 hrs away.
