This Oceanfront is located closest to the ocean; an exceptionally well decorated 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo offers oceanfront living with the privacy of a home, literally steps to the Ocean.

The condo features the highest quality furnishings for your comfort by International interior designer Philpott's and Associates.

Enjoy Paradise surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment: The condo features the highest quality modern style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine mahogany, from Africa, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

The beds are Heavenly Beds, the brand most often requested by guests. The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a writing desk, full size dresser and a Master Bath with its own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower.

The Second Bedroom is one of only a few to have two extra long full size beds and a master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a third bathroom with a shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper to easily accommodate up to 6 to 8 guests max.

Three LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions and a large selection of channels.

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions - ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.

Delightful family vacation!

This property was just as advertised. It was beautiful, clean, a lovely beach view, comfortable, and a great location to stay to get to any area of the island easily. The host responded immediately when we were having internet issues. The pool area and beach were pristine and easy to access and enjoy. My family all loved this trip and we’d choose to stay at Waipouli again!

Beautiful stay at the Garden Isle

We loved every minute of our stay at this property. The beach was beautiful, the sunrises were spectacular, the location was perfect and the grounds were immaculate. We had everything we could have possibly needed with a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and even laundry. We would love to return in the near future!

Fantastic condo, completely equipped to cook all meals. Super clean throughout. Resort amenities were excellent. Kapaa is centrally located on Kauai making it easier to choose which direction to explore each day.

Perfect location

This property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 kids. Our kids are all under 8 so it worked for us. The ground floor setup is ideal—expanding the area for play from the condo to all the grass area and then onto the beach. Our kids loved easy access to the pools and beach. I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful peaceful resort

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Perhaps a bit short on storage. Location is amazing, with great beachfront views lanai. Peaceful area and nice resort with good restaurant. Nearby mall has good options even if you don't want to drive. Parking is included, btw. Overall an awesome place.

Mom and Daughter Get-a-way

Well appointed, condo on ground floor very close to the beach. Loved the top of the line appliances, comfy beds and quiet side of the complex. Although no walking path for miles in each direction as was stated, unless you consider that to be the sidewalk next to street traffic, the other amenities certainly make up for that. Great place for a little R and R.
