Overall, a really good time there with my family. The rental was awesome and really well maintained. Would definitely go there again. Only complaint was there was just a 1/4th of a toilet paper roll when we arrived and no other TP there for us to use. Caused us to have to make a late night run to get some more. Also, only had one garbage bag for us.
Very cute place and James was very attentive. Once the second bathroom is done it will be perfect. It is small but still spacious. We did all kinds of crafting and had plenty of room to set up a few tables. The dining room table is cool but we did not find it comfortable as it is very tall and small. But it can be worked around as there is plenty of room to set up another table. We will definitely be back!!!

There were dirty pans in the oven, food left in refrigerator and freezer and mold in coffee pot grounds left in coffee maker. Bath mat was old and dirty. If your elderly the stairs are very steep to access main door.

Priced too high for what you get. House Smelled musty/mildewed. Two different kinds of Hair under the shower mat. Scary wiring. Spray Foam insulation bubbling out of the gaps. Got splinters off interior the doors. Front porch was really dirty and had bird-droppings right in front of the door. . Worn out couch, old smelly dressers. You can see right throught the curtains at night.
