Wonderful Home on the River

Truly wonderful place on the river in quiet and convenient cul de sac. All the amenities needed for a long weekend stay. Quick and friendly communication. Close to the sought after area in Tampa. Quiet and tranquil portion of the river - perfect for early morning and evening sitting out. Definitely recommend and plan to rent again.

Short vacation

My family and I stayed at this rental for an extended weekend vacation and it was phenomenal. Everything was new, clean and updated. The decor is very modern and detailed. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and view of the river. The neighborhood was quiet and we found the neighbors to be very friendly as well. The homes around this house are mostly updated and modern too. My family and I felt safe during our stay. We did notice a few homeless people living in their vehicles a short distance away. The property manager was prompt and responsive to my questions. We hope to return and highly recommend this home for your next vacation rental!
