Enjoy peaceful lake life at the Cozy Lake Gaston Estates Cottage!!
We love the cozy country feel of lake life and hope you will feel the same at our cottage. Situated in a serene neighborhood with lake access just around the corner, our cottage offers plenty of space for outdoor entertainment & boat parking. Inside you’ll find cozy bedrooms and several TV’s and games for indoor fun.
There are 2 cozy bedrooms with TV’s equipped with Firestick. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for additional accommodation. An open concept living room and dining for entertaining. And a spacious kitchen for cooking.
You will have access to the entire house and property with the exception of a small owners closet in kitchen, outdoor shed and boat. You will also have access to neighborhood amenities which include private boat launch and beach area. Beach area includes day dock, playground, and picnic tables.
