“Lake Time”: forgetting about the existence of a clock while the concept of time fades away. That definition is exactly what you’ll find during your stay at our beautiful lake home. This home has everything you and your family needs for a memorable lake vacation that you will talk about for years to come. Not only does Lake Gaston have a natural allure that attracts people and families from all over, this home amplifies the fun you can have at Lake Gaston with our multiple amenities and features.

Located off the main lake in a private cove, you and your family can enjoy fishing off of our large dock area, swim around or float on out into the cove in a tube, or simply sunbathe off the deck. Also, for your enjoyment, we provide 2 stand up paddleboards AND 2 sit-in kayaks for you and your guests to peruse around the lake for some beautiful sightseeing. If you want to upgrade your fun on the lake, we offer boat rentals as well. All of our boats fit perfectly in our boat lifts off of our dock so there’s no hassle of having to deal with a boat ramp. Our dock also has 2 jet-ski lifts!

If the lake isn’t your thing, come on up to the house and enjoy the crystal-clear blue pool. Imagine laying in one of our multiple lounge chairs reading, napping, or sunbathing while the kids laugh and splash around in the pool! There’s nothing more refreshing than a cool dip after a hot day on the lake. Enjoy lunch by the pool at our 6-person outdoor dining table. After a long, fun-filled day, fire up the grill for some good eating and sit back and relax on our large deck area located just feet away from our indoor kitchen; making cooking and grilling a breeze! We also have a screened in seating area with plush cushions for relaxing, reading a book, or for conversing with family and friends you haven’t seen in a while. Then, finish out the day by grabbing the marshmellows, chocolate, and graham crackers and heading out to our outdoor stone fire-pit! Smores galore! The perfect ending to a perfect lake day.

As if our outdoor amenities and features aren’t enough, with 2800 square feet of inside space, you, your family, and your friends are sure to enjoy lounging and quality time together all the while having plenty of room for quiet, personal time. This home boasts with comfortable furnishings; from the sleeping-in worthy mattresses to the large, comfy sectional downstairs for movie watching on the Roku Smart TV. With 5 Bedrooms, 2 King Master Suites, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 2 Bunkbed rooms, the home supplies plenty of sleeping room for 16 people. Here is a layout of each Bedroom along with Bathrooms and descriptions in the home for your vacation planning needs:

Main Floor:

1 King Master Suite with Walk-in Closet. King Bathroom with walk in shower, shower head with 3 different stream settings, and large vanity with plenty of counter space for makeup bags, hair necessities, and more. There is also a sliding glass door onto the screened in deck area in this bedroom with a beautiful view of the private cove. This bedroom has its very own TV for watching television in bed.

1 Queen Bedroom right across the hallway from its own full bathroom. Full bathroom with tub and shower combo. This bathroom makes a great guest bathroom as well for those lounging in the living room area or cooking it up in the kitchen. This Queen bedroom also has its very own TV, a double door closet, and a large window for beautiful natural light during the day.

Bottom Floor:

1 King Master Suite with closet and very large bathroom. King Bathroom with tub and shower combo and another large vanity area with broad counter space for all of your toiletries. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door that leads out near the fire pit area and the steps for the dock. Watch TV from bed in this bedroom as well on a mounted flat screen on the wall at the foot of the bed.

The two bunkbed rooms are great options for the kids so they have their own private space! Bunkbed room 1 has 2 Twin over Twin bunkbeds with memory foam mattresses that sleep like a dream. This room has a sliding glass door for outdoor access to the 6-person dining table area. Bunkbed room 2 has 1 Twin over Twin bunkbed and 1 Full over Full bunkbed for the older kids. These bunkbeds also have memory foam mattresses. Each bunkbed room have a double door closet for storing luggage so the kids have plenty of room to play. The bunkbed rooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. This bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower combo.

We also have 2 Living Room areas that are comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated. The upstairs living room glows with natural light during the day from the large windows above the sliding glass doors leading out onto the large deck and grill area. Enjoy watching TV on the mounted flat screen above the fireplace. The downstairs living room area has a large comfy sectional for lounging. The large smart TV downstairs is perfect for hooking up a Play-station or Xbox or watching a DVD on our DVD player. For the competitive folks in the family, play a quick game of foosball on our foosball table in the downstairs area.

Now, attention to all chefs in the family and group!! We try our very best to keep the kitchen stocked with every cooking essential you could need on your vacation! Of course we don’t have your Great Aunt’s magical cake pan that you swear makes a perfect cake every time, but we try to cover all of our bases. Plenty of plates, forks, spoons, knives, and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has multiple appliances such as refrigerator and freezer combo, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 station stove-top, toaster, blender, griddle, crockpot, and for you coffee lovers we have both a Keurig and regular one pot coffee maker. We also have dining space at the island and an 8 person full length dining room table located right off of the kitchen area.

If we haven’t convinced you by now that this home is perfect for your vacation, let me add another couple of features you are sure to love. We also have this home on trash service so all you have to do is bag your trash, tie it up, and place it in one of the 3 outdoor trash bins in the driveway. HOW CONVENIENT!! We also provide towels and sheets for each bedroom with an additional linen fee so you don’t have to worry about bringing sheets and towels from home except for your beach towels for the pool and lake.

Lastly, this home has one of the best proximities on the lake to local grocery, gas stations, restaurants, and stores. We are only 3 MINUTES from Food Lion (local grocery), 3 MINUTES from Wakeboard Willies the local ice cream shop, 5 MINUTES from AF Wake Wakeboard shop, 5 MINUTES from Morningstar Marina, 3 MINUTES from closest gas station, and 3-15 MINUTES from local restaurants such as Highway 55, Lake Gaston Pizza, Subway, WatersView Restaurant, The Pointe, and Shady Shack Grill.

We love Lake Gaston and we have been coming to this lake as long as I can remember. It is full of fond memories, laughs, and great times for our family and this house has provided that for us on multiple occasions. We know that this home can provide that for you and your family as well. After all, our house pretty much named itself, because when you stay here you’ll feel like you’re on “Lake Time”!!!
