Welcome to the 'Lakefront Villa' at Holiday Shores! This 3-bedroom villa is a beautiful, family-friendly waterfront home in the heart of Osage Beach that was recently featured on HGTV Lakefront Empire!
Located at the 17MM off the main channel!
3 bdrm/2.5 bath with a beautiful kitchen and full furnishings! 1500 sq ft!

Less than a 5-minute drive from groceries, shopping, and restaurants!

Boat slip available for a nightly fee
Stairs are required to access the home

The third bedroom in this unit is an upstairs loft with 1 queen bed.

This beautiful unit sits among the trees and offers amazing views off the main channel.

All of the beds are comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and more.
The outdoor deck provides beautiful unobstructed panoramic views and includes outdoor furniture, dining areas, and BBQ grill!

There is a community pool available on the property along with and splash pad for the kids! There is a community swim dock available as well with seating to enjoy the lake and soak up the sun!

This quiet cove with great views is a nice break even on busy weekends.

You will have access to the whole space. It is a private unit and no other guests will have access. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the villa.

We are available by phone, text, or email during your stay. If you have any questions, never hesitate to reach out.

We are in the heart of Osage Beach. There are grocery stores, parks, shopping, and restaurants within a few minutes of the property.

Close to Back Water Jacks, Dominicos, Pappos Pizza, Mama Citas, Andy’s frozen custard, Randy’s frozen custard, Starbucks, and many more.

Hy-Vee grocery store and gas station are 4 minutes away. Walmart and Target are 5 minutes away.

Absolutely perfect! Great location in a very quiet and calm cove, but close to everything. Great View, beautiful inside, well done and well maintained. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great spot for a family vacation

There is a swim dock next door to the house which is super convenient if you have children who enjoy swimming. There is also a community pool and a playground close. The house was well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This "treehouse" was perfect for our family! The description is completely accurate. It is lake front with a beautiful view. The boat dock and swimming dock are located right below the house. The swimming dock is wonderful with some tables and umbrellas. The cove is a deep no-wake cove that allows for swimming at all times. The swimming pool and splash pad are very nice as well. The owner responds quickly to messages and is very helpful. Overall we had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

Get away weekend

A little tricky finding the house. GPS inacurate in that it failed to identity easy access point which we only learned about when exiting.
