Welcome to Beach Bungalow!! Our condo is located within Golf Colony at Deerfield Plantation, in Surfside Beach, SC. Our Second Floor Condo features 2BR/2BA. This condo lots of natural light and the balcony overlooks the pool. This is a quiet and family oriented neighborhood. Cozy and perfect for one to five people. Spirals staircase leads to loft 2nd bedroom upstairs. Being centrally located to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping that Myrtle Beach, Surfside and Garden City has to offer. With convenient location between Business 17 and Bypass 17 so there is an exit to both highways.

The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master bedroom has a Queen size Bed, dresser, flat screen TV, closet. A 32" Smart TV with cable access and FREE WIFI. The Guest Bedroom has a Twin size over Queen size Bunk Bed, dresser, dresser. Both full size bathrooms have a tub/shower combination.

LIVING AREA

The living room has a full size couch with chaise lounges on both ends, Flat Screen TV with cable access and Free Wifi. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area.


KITCHEN

Our FULL-SIZE kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. It is well-equipped and fully stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy without the hassle of leaving if you choose to stay in.

When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining table with seating to accommodate up to 4 guests or our large breakfast bar equipped with barstool seating. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.

We also have a stackable washer & dryer in the unit for your added convenience!


BALCONY

Sip your morning coffee on our private balcony with a beautiful pool view, with access from the living room. Complete with seating.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Neighborhood:
Beach Bungalow is centrally located in Surfside Beach, SC. With lots of options for shopping, dining and attractions in both Surfside Beach and Myrtle Beach. You are also within 5 miles from the Garden City Pier, 10 Miles from Broadway at The Beach and 8 miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

- NO Smoking in the condo at all. If smoking occurs in the condo, there will be a $250.00 additional charge.

- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: No more than 5 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.


YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
