This suite is the separate and private full bottom level of a two-story family home.

Situated in a serene, wooded setting, the space offers privacy while conveniently close to downtown Bentonville, trails, and the I49.

There is no access to the main house from the bottom level; the space is accessible via a keypad lock through the private screened-in patio.

The suite has pleasant forest views and is the ideal space to chill. The bar and kitchen area is small but perfect.

There is a private entrance via keypad lock to the home.

There is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a guest bedroom with a full size bed, and the living room has a sodacouch that makes into a bed. Just let us know if you want bedding for this.

There's a screened-in patio overlooking the forest and a private sun deck. The main bedroom overlooks the greenery and has an attached bathroom.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is in such a good location because it is on the edge of a wooded area, but right on the road that leads to the center of Bentonville, the town square, and trails to Crystal Bridges, etc. It is also blocks away from the main north-south artery, so it is easy to get anywhere.

What makes this property unique

It can sometimes be hard to find a place with a view in Bentonville because the topography is generally flat, but this spot looks out over a forested area where a natural spring bubbles up below a bluff.
