Heavenly Valley Estate: Hot Tub, Pets

This custom-built property offers room for your entire family. Blessed with four large bedrooms, huge living area, hot tub and loft with pool table and TV, this home can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children. Just a mile from Heavenly and El Dorado Beach, and a quick jaunt to Bijou Park for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing. Bring the whole family, this home is dog friendly.

This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 10-person total.

The layout of the bedrooms of this home:
Primary Bedroom: 1 king & sofa sleeper (futon)
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the right has 2 queen beds
Bedroom 3: The first bedroom on the right has 2 full beds
Bedroom 4: The first bedroom on the left has a king bed, French doors that open to the deck, and an attached bathroom

There is room for a maximum of 5 cars, 3 in the garage, 2 in the driveway.

Centrally located just one mile to Heavenly or El Dorado Beach. The entire family will love the location. Just past your private hot tub is the gateway to Bijou Park. Enjoy snow shoeing, cross country skiing, or just building a snow man in the winter. Or take in a relaxing walk during the summer or the challenge of disc golf or the skate park. Every activity Tahoe has to offer is just a walk, ride, or short drive away. This home designed for gracious Tahoe living.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

This home does not have air conditioning.

Rented this location for a romantic getaway. The place was overkill for just the two of us, but the space and amenities were just what we wanted. Jet tub in the master bedroom was perfect. The host/company was very helpful and responsive. Only complaint would be the bed…very firm. I get that works for some people. Also felt like it was over priced.

It accommodated our group of 8 easily, with room to spare. The house was clean, although many (40+) floor tiles were broken when we arrived and were a bit of a hazard for our kids. The grill had a tough time heating up and staying at a high temperature. Outside of that, we truly enjoyed the property.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that I felt like I had to watch everything we did to ensure no one broke the rules. I totally understand not wanting people to have major parties and destroy the property but for the amount I paid, it would have been nice to be able to have local family over for dinner. Everything was $1000 fine for this or that. Otherwise, it was beautiful and a very nice getaway.

When we selected this house we liked the pictures but when we arrived we fell in love with the house!!!! It's was huge! We all had plenty of room to relax, eat, and enjoy period. The location was awesome! There were a few things like the master shower light didn't work, a couple of tiles were cracked, the living room fan wouldn't work but that was it. Nothing that would stop us from having a great relaxing weekend. We will be back again for some more Relaxing time at this house!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was fine but the owners said that we (a group of 8 early 30 year olds) were responsible for drawing all over a childrens play table. They also tried to charge us for multiple small damaages that we were clearly not responsible for. I could not help but feel a little like this was par for the course. Not to mention that, while appointed, the house felt a bit run down. If you stay, be sure to report every damage you see. We also found a used mask under a bed. A little gross but not a dealbreaker, I guess. I won't rent from this company again, unfortunately.

The rest of the house is very spacious too, with very large spaces with an open kitchen with a double island. The hot tub was great post-skiing, and the regular maintenance provided by the property management always kept it clean. I can't speak highly enough of how much we enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. Other things to mention: 3 car garage, pool table, snow removal, 3.5 bathrooms, responsible property managers, also did I mention it was huge?What an amazing winter it was too, a record snow year, and no issues whatsoever in the home. Looking forward to next year! Gracias totales!

It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every single appliance you can imagine. We made ourselves right at home and cooked daily meals for breakfast and dinner. We found the sink in the master bathroom leaking water our first morning, and Stu sent someone over to the house immediately to fix the problem while we were out snowboarding. It was excellent customer service, and communication was great from the beginning of the trip to the end of the trip. If you're planning to board/ski at Heavenly, the location can't be beat. We enjoyed the house immensely, and it met all of our expectations. Great house for a big group as you won't feel crowded at all. Each bedroom has access to a bathroom, and there is a powder room next to the laundry room. Although the house faces the road, it's in a fairly quiet neighborhood and we didn't hear any road noise at all. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it for those who are traveling with small children, groups of friends, or big families.

Feet and socks were black our first day. We mopped several times and the tile was still dirty. Window cranks didn't work and only a few windows would open. It was very hot week and no air or ability to open the windows was not fun. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable so bring your own.Fridge wouldn't stay closed and the BBQ would not heat up past 250 degrees. But other than that the home was very nice and centrally located.
