Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas will have the following provided:
Full bag of Costa Rican coffee (250 mgs)
Starter set of dishwasher soap
One box of Kleenex per bathroom
Dish cleaning sponge
Shampoo in every shower
Soap in every shower
Hand soap at every sink
Start set of laundry detergent
Coffee filters
Cooking oil
Dish soap (sink)
Pepper
Paper towels
Napkins
Toilet paper
Trash bags
Salt
If Guests require more of the above, they are responsible for it.

Guests must be able to climb up and down 110 steps.

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will also be available from 8 am - 5 pm via group chat. Messages sent after 5 pm will be addressed the following morning starting at 8 am. The home and digital guidebook have all of the emergency phone numbers and information needed in the event of an emergency.

Concierge
Our concierge will contact you within 48 hours of your reservation being confirmed.

There is NO CHARGE for our concierge services.

We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the area’s best tours, private chef and dinner reservations.

Located 5 minutes from Dominical, the two casitas are in a gated development.
Guests will be escorted by a representative of Costa Rica Las Villas/Osa Property Management for check-in. Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For check-ins between 8 pm and 10 pm there is a $50 fee and approval must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No check-ins or arrivals after 10 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm.
This property consists of two villas and Guests will have the exclusive and private use of both villas. Each villa has its own private swimming pool.


A 4x4 or a vehicle with good traction is required. The road is paved but steep inclination.
