Renovated (2009) an traditional 150 years old family house, our villa is a two storey stone building, offering modern facilities.
myPaxos villa has private terrace with a fully equipped barbeque having wooden sitting place in the upper porch. Perfect for relaxation,
Has two double bedrooms, kitchen, two bathroom, flat-screen TV, WI-FI, washing machine and private parking.
Beaches as well as Gaios and Loggos villages are 5 minutes away.
myPaxos villa can sleep 4 – 6 persons .
Note: A new “climate crisis resilience charge”, tax has been introduced on 2024 .
The charge is applicable to all forms of tourist accommodation, including hotels, rooms to let, villas and Airbnbs. The tax for the property is 10 euros per day.

Maison de charme à Paxos
La maison est très jolie, typique, restaurée avec goût et très propre proche de Gaios (5 minutes en voiture) et des restaurants. Notre hôte nous a très bien acceuillie à notre arrivée et est restée disponible.
L'emplacement de la maison nous a permis de rayonner facilement sur l'île. Cette île est authentique, pleine de charme avec plages magnifiques.

Maison très agréable, bien située, proche de belles plages et du port de Gaïos. Elle est parfaitement entretenue et on s'y sent comme chez soi.

Modern old building
The property is a old building been tastefully upgraded into a lovely comfortable home, a lovely location. The owner meted us at property and was very helpfull. Just wish it had a pool then would have wanted to buy the place. It was worth every penny we paid.....

Funtana (Platanos) : THE place to be !
This house is cute and very comfortable. Everything is made for your wellbeing . Bedding, towels , dishes , barbecue ... The owner has thought of everything . The place is charming with a terrace surrounded by flower. The lemon tree adds to the charm . Cleaning is done with discretion in every three days . A big thank you to Gerasimos and his mom ( Mika ) which made it easy living (help for renting the scooter, to transport luggage). The village restaurant is the best on the island and you are 10 minutes from all the beaches . Congratulations and thank you !
