Kick back and relax in this beautiful, newly constructed, three bedroom, two bathroom duplex. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood of the Spokane Valley you will find all the amenities of home waiting for you here. Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Don't feel like going out? Enjoy a night in with our 65" living room TV. We provide smart lock technology for convenient self check-in and key-less entry as well as a single car garage. Wi-Fi and video steaming is available on both the 65" and 55" smart TVs. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and playpen can be provided to better accommodate your stay (please ask prior to arrival). Myself and two other business associates stayed in the home and found it to have everything we needed. The furnishings and bedding were top notch and we enjoyed our time while there. The neighborhood felt safe and was exceptionally clean. It was quite peaceful. The hosts were over the top helpful and concerned for our needs and comfort. If they aren't super hosts yet, they will be! We have an annual trip and will work to stay there again!
