1. This home includes 3 parking spaces, since overnight parking is not allowed on the street. If you have additional vehicles, we can provide parking at our office, which is just 5 minutes away.
2. No charcoal grills allowed.
3. No smoking in the home.
4. Trash runs on Mondays and Thursdays. Please take trash to the road the night before and bring cans back to the house after pick up.
