Are you looking for the perfect house for a large family gathering? This luxurious 5 bedroom house, is conveniently located in the south part of San Diego, 15 minutes from the San Diego airport, downtown, or the famous Coronado Island Beaches.

This beautiful home was designed and built by an architect and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and an additional 1 studio bedroom with a full bath in the detached pool house for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. This modern home features a very spacious backyard with a large swimming pool, a hot tub, various types of palm trees, and plenty of outdoor furniture and amenities for the guests to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. There is plenty of private parking spaces in front of the house.
