This wonderful pool-house features 3 BR, 2 BA, and a solar heated, caged-in pool. It is located in "The Meadows", 3 minutes from the public golf courses "The Groves" and "The Highlands"!
The comfortable, sun-filled living room features a flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi. A second TV can be found in the master bedroom. The spacious dining area as well as the breakfast area and the fully equipped kitchen, open up to the pool deck. In addition, we provide beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. It is the perfect getaway not only for golfers but also for families. It offers beautiful walking trails in a park-like environment. Downtown Sarasota is only about 10 min away, upmarket excellent shops & gourmet restaurants, as well as award-winning beaches, are all nearby. Seasonal membership for the Meadows Country Club may be purchased, which will give access to the private Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center and Community Pool. 3 minutes from the public golf courses "The Groves" and "The Highlands"
