Ski-In Ski-Out - Amazing Home in Gates of Beaver Creek Ski Resort on Mountain!

This Beaver Creek home is spacious, comfortable and nestled in the heart of Beaver Creek Ski Resort on the ski mountain!

Our winter guests will love the proximity of our home to the ski slopes! Before and after each epic day of skiing or boarding, you will appreciate the ski-in and ski-out access that this home offers! For those of you that may opt to enjoy 'apres ski' on the mountain, when done, simply hop on the dial-a-ride shuttle (Beaver Creek's on-demand free taxi/shuttle service for guests at our home) that will return you to our front door. We strongly encourage you not to miss the steaming hot chocolate chip cookies that are offered at the base of the mountain each day at 3PM. They are divine! Once you do return to our home, you will find our newly installed hot tub ready and waiting for you to jump in!

For our summer and fall guests, you are going to have the time of your life enjoying Beaver Creek Resort and all it has to offer during the non-ski months. Beaver Creek offers world-class golf on the finest of golf courses, fly-fishing, incredible hiking, running and cycling and endless activities to keep you entertained. There are also great day camps for kids and teenagers. And if you want a taste of winter, you will enjoy Beaver Creek's first-class ice skating rink!

Our home is designed to make sure you and your family are comfortable and well-taken care of. You will enjoy every inch of our 3800+ square foot home, including the large kitchen, dining room, great room, second family room on the main floor, the inviting and comfortable main floor master bedroom with a wonderful steam shower and the kids bunk/room great room in the basement.

Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms that are incredibly comfortable with fresh linens for your comfort and enjoyment, chosen to ensure you have the most comfortable evenings filled with restful sleep.

Downstairs, you will find a large bunk room/great room for the kids which has a large television and plenty of room for the kids to play and relax.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything we think you need to prepare fabulous meals during your stay. And for the days you don't want to cook, we suggest you dine at one of the many fabulous restaurants that are offered in Beaver Creek Village, which range from casual pizza to upscale fine dining.

If you are looking for adventures outside of Beaver Creek Resort, you may be interested in a trip to Vail Resorts which just a short trip down the road.

Family Summer Vacation

We loved this property. Great space to handle 13 of us! 7 kids ( 7 & under). The kitchen was the stocked with everything you need to cook/grill/host etc! Plenty of serving dishes/glassware/silverware. Even spices! The hottub was a hit! The local shuttle made it so ease to come and go!! Would highly recommend this property!

Spacious Home

We had a good stay. The check-in process was easy. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. However, the house is close to the ski runs but not technically ski in or ski out. The access is behind a private residence down the street that says no trespassing or uphill through a construction zone. It was easier to ski to a lift access point and call a shuttle for pick up. Overall a fun time in Beaver Creek.

Perfect! Three generations of my family stayed here (my parents, siblings and spouses and children, 12 people in total) for just over two weeks, and the house catered to all of our needs. From the moment we booked, to the moment we arrived, the owners responded to every query promptly and happily. The house is in a perfect location for ski in/out and access to the town of Avon as well as Beaver Creek. The house itself is large enough so that we were never on each others toes, and the kitchen is well equipped. The hot tub is a must after a day of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for large groups and families.

Home away from Home!

Home away from home for 3 Texas Families with 6 kids to attend a weeklong Baseball Tournament in July. Beautiful, Spacious home in an excellent location on Bachelors Gulch in Beaver Creek Resort just above the golf course. Close to Nottingham Lake's entertainment and water activities. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, gas/convenience station, drugstores, etc Short drive to access mountain biking, white water rafting, flyfishing, parks, baseball fields, etc. House is equipped with a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking in or cookouts. Spacious greatroom for hanging out and watching our Astros. Two very comfortable bedrooms, two bunkrooms, and a very nice large master Suite. Lots of extra stuff: gas grill, furnished patio, Jacuzzi, a game room for you or the kids. A big garage to park two cars at night. And cute little chipmonks that will eat out of your hands!! Lots of wildlife. We'll be back!!

Wow, we just had a stunning weekend in Beaver Creek thanks to the owner of this beautiful home! We had a bunch of teenagers and a few moms for their last soccer tournament of their senior year. It was the icing on the cake to all be able to stay together and share these experiences. The owner was truly fabulous to work with, we had everything we needed and more. Thank you for everything!!

Great golf trip

Fun trip with four couples to golf at Cordillera golf courses. Took about 30 min to get to the courses from the house. Just a quick 5-10 minutes to Beaver Creek Village and about 20 minutes to Vail village. Great open floor plan made it great for us to hang out and visit while cooking dinner after enjoying the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A beautiful place!

We had a great time at this property! The check in process was very easy, the house was laid out perfectly for larger groups. The dinning room table was great for getting everyone together. The beds were probably our favorite part, they were so comfortable we slept so well. Probably the first time all the beds were of great quality. Spacious place with mountain access

The house is spacious. A little dated, with updated bathrooms. Lots of space and rooms. Beds were fine. Would definitely stay here again. Our primary reason for staying at this property was the ski-in/ski-out. While it technically is, it is a bit challenging. I would not bring younger/inexperienced skiers to this house expecting to ski-in/ski-out. Any intermediate and above would be fine. Had a few supplies missing and the property manager took care of it right away. Super responsive.

Big home in beautiful location

We are a group of 16 that travel together to the mountains every summer. We have 6 adults and 10 kids between the three families. This was our first time to Beaver Creek. The area is gorgeous! We were able to do what we love which is spend time outdoors. We went hiking from the Beaver Creek Village and visited the Harry A. Nottingham Park. From the home, you have quick and easy access to hiking, the park, shopping, dining. The home was plenty big for all of us. The adults had their space and the kids had theirs. All the beds were comfortable. The home was clean and well stocked. The free transportation shuttle provided by the Beaver Creek community was super helpful and easy to use. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with about the property. The only thing that is hard to tell from the pictures and description of the property is that it is a townhouse (there is another house attached to this property). There is no yard (front or back). The drive way is shared and is somewhat small (at least it is when you are all driving trucks and SUVs). We parked one vehicle in the garage and hugged the other two close together to our side to make sure there was room for the neighbor. The neighbor is super friendly though so we never had any issues. I would recommend this property!

Beautiful property, great family getaway!

This property was better than expected. It had plenty of room for our 5 families, and it was the perfect set-up for the ratio of adults and children. The kids declared the basement “theirs” and slept and played down there. We had plenty of room to spread out and do things individually but also eat together and be in the kitchen area/dining space together. We needed to contact the owner a few times and even though she was out of the country, she got back to us right away. She even arranged the pick up of some items we accidentally left. The only thing that I would suggest modifying is the high deposit amount. We booked this a few months in advance and just the interest on a credit card added up to a few hundred dollars. Not sure if there’s a way to charge renters right before their stay in case something is broken or ruined? Otherwise, this place is great for a family get together. Highly recommend.
