Lovely, well appointed two-bedroom cottage has been updated throughout. New furniture in every room. Cheerful vinyl plank flooring in the living spaces. Brand-new Mitsubishi mini split for central AC and heat. Beautiful views of Skipper Bay on Barn Point. Short walk to Short Sands Beach and to Cape Neddick Beach. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Comfortable Lazy-Boy furniture in the living room. Hang out in the bright and comfy front porch or cook out in the back yard. Enjoy dinner on the spacious back deck. Relax by the gas fire pit in the evening in new polywood Adirondack chairs. Attention has been paid to every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
