Offering 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, sleeping 12 guests Sun Of A Beach is well equipped with plenty of parking (under house and gravel driveway) for the whole crew! The private swimming pool is located in the well manicured fenced in backyard featuring beautiful landscaping.

The welcoming entrance to the ground-level foyer features a second full sized refrigerator with icemaker for convenient access while taking a dip in the Gulf or swimming pool!

The first floor of Sun Of A Beach features 4 of the 5 bedrooms along with a 2nd living space with comfortable seating, entertainment, and access to the porch. On the west side of the 1st floor there is one twin bedroom (2 twin beds), hallway shared bath, and queen bedroom with screened porch access. On the east side of the first floor there are two primary bedrooms with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and one has screened porch access. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer are located on the first floor as well.

The second floor offers a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops with stainless appliances for preparing your daily catch! The dining area offers a large table with seating for roughly 8-10 guests and a breakfast bar with 4 barstools. The living room is just off the dining space featuring a large flat-screen TV, super comfortable furniture, and access to the covered deck to view the beautiful Gulf Coast of St. George Island! Off of the living area you will find the final primary bedroom with a king bed and with a large ensuite bath featuring a soaking tub and stand-alone shower and covered deck access.
