Welcome to your luxurious modern 6,500-square-foot, 7 bedroom, 7 bath home in the popular Central Park (formerly known as Stapleton) neighborhood in Denver. Your vacation house faces a park and boasts soaring 20 foot ceilings that add to the volume of this spacious home.
Explore the park right out the front door and stroll around nearby town centers with loads of local shops and restaurants. The house is central to the airport and downtown Denver.
The house has 3 levels. The main floor features an open living area with an office, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, island, two dining areas, a half bath, and bedroom with en suite bath. The top floor has 5 bedrooms, all with connected bathrooms, along with a loft overlooking the park, and laundry room. The custom-finished basement doubles as a game room and features a lounge area, pool table, arcade table, and ping pong table. This lower level also has a bedroom and bathroom.
The home is situated on a park and just a short walk to the community pool and playground. The fenced backyard has a covered patio, as well as a best in class gas grill.
Nearby shops and restaurants include the following:

- Stanley Marketplace
- Eastbridge Town Center
- East 29th Avenue Town Center
There are also quaint little bistros and other local shops tucked away in the neighborhood. You can walk on many of the paved and gravel paths, or take the bikes provided for a spin.

The neighborhood pool is open daily (from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Daily guest passes are available for a modest fee. The pool has tons of seating and lounge chairs, lap lanes, a more shallow end for kids, along with two slides.

The Central Park neighborhood is a master planned community with modern houses and tons of amenities. We enjoy the walkability to the park (right out the front door) and pool (just two blocks away). You'll appreciate the shops and dining available nearby, along with the concerts and markets that are held weekly during the summer months.
