Charming Cottage - Private Community With Lake

Charming cozy cottage minutes walk to Davis Pond and members only beaches. Master bedroom with queen bed, guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Living room has sleeper sofa. Linens are provided. Heater in the living room.There is a screen porch with sofa and dining table and chairs. Full kitchen with gas stove, including dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom has a tub and shower. Outside there is a grill, picnic table and fire pit. Canoe on request to use on the lake. No pets and no smoking in the house.

Great cabin. The cabin was comfortable and a serene retreat. Peggy was wonderful host and was able to show me the wonderful amenities that come with this rental.

Calm Retreat

Perfect spot. So peaceful and such a kind community. Beautiful location and an adorable NH cabin. Peggy was so sweet and got the pleasure on meeting her while we were in the neighborhood. Will definitely be staying again!

This place was awesome!! Everything you could need was included!! Beautiful secluded spot. Very clean. Peggy was wonderful. The firepit developed a hole in the bottom but within an hour, Peggy was there to replace it!! Fires every night and relaxing family time! One of the best places we've stayed at yet!!

We spent just two nights and it was cold and raining but we had a lovely relaxing time in the house. The screened porch is an awesome place to hang out on a rainy day.

Peaceful

Stuffy and 87 degrees upon arrival. However, by turning on the air conditioner in master bedroom and closing the door we had a cool bedroom. In the rest of the charming cabin we opened windows and use the kitchen fan to blow hot air out. By bedtime it was already down to79 degrees and the next morning it was a pleasant 70 degrees. We spent most of our time on the enclosed porch. Would love to return and stay longer at this very clean, well stocked piece of paradise.

Great Cabin in the Woods

We loved this cabin and had a great stay! We started each morning with a short walk to the gorgeous and tranquil lake and had a marvelous swim!

Cute Cabin

Peggy’s cabin was extremely clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was very well stocked with just about everything you could think of. Peggy was an excellent host and very responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend staying there and looking forward to a return trip.
