Charming Cottage - Private Community With Lake

Charming cozy cottage minutes walk to Davis Pond and members only beaches. Master bedroom with queen bed, guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Living room has sleeper sofa. Linens are provided. Heater in the living room.There is a screen porch with sofa and dining table and chairs. Full kitchen with gas stove, including dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom has a tub and shower. Outside there is a grill, picnic table and fire pit. Canoe on request to use on the lake. No pets and no smoking in the house.

Perfect cabin in the woods

We have stayed in a lot of cabins across the country and Peggy's has been the most perfect one for many reasons. Every little detail has been well thought of for guests keeping in mind varied ages and interests. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated and well-stocked. There are books and games for all ages, toys and fishing supplies, serene space for a campfire (with some of the best firewood, per my husband), and more! We loved taking the kayak and canoe out for a little evening boat ride. Peggy was always available over text for questions, recommendations etc. We loved our getaway and will be sure to bring family and friends again! Highly recommend!

Great location and nice property

Only 15 mins from Conway and Kancamagus highway. Very quite and nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and all the amenities we needed. The access to the pond is a nice bonus but due to cold weather we couldn’t spend much time there. The host provided with great directions. Hope to be back again.
