Mini vacation

My family and I got away for a few days for a mini vacation with our two dogs. I would definitely recommend staying here as it was near all the shops and the grocery store which was in walking distance. The manager was always available and the check in was easy. I will definitely be coming back to stay here on our next trip to North Conway!

Great location

Great location! Right in Settlers Green outlets and close to Storyland. This property just needs a better cleaner, we remove shoes at the door and our feet were black. Daughter got bites during the night so we washed the bedsheets and was fine the next night. Stove was not clean. Basically, better cleaner and would be a gem.

Home was nice just not the best neighborhood

Although the home was clean upon arrival. The only thing I could critique about the home was there was not ac and the chairs and bed were not the most comfortable although for affordable pricing they were acceptable. Getting to shops was very easy. However, there were some neighbors that made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Not sure if they were just traveling through like us or not. Shower was amazing. And over all stay was fine for the price.

Not impressed

I had a hospital stay that day and when I got to the place and opened the door I had said my child has bad allergies and asthma and was told no smoke smell at all. He had two air purifiers going and stated he would be alerted if there was smoke by a detected. Within 25 min my child started vomiting so we left. Not even a dime back for my two nights. I understand I reserved it but wasn't happy at all.

Not quite what we expected - disappointing! Kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking meals.

Lacking in basics such as tissue, bath soap, dish soap, coffee, dish cloths, to name a few. Faucet in bath dripped constantly, coffee pot had a container that did not fit or adjust easily to unit. Bedroom was crowded with bunk beds making movement very difficult. Washer and dryer extremely noisy. No exit instructions. Disappointing for a two week stay.

Your not going to sleep well

Had a group of people staying at the VRBO. This VRBO was not a very clean VRBO and it was clear that it was very neglected. All dishes/cooking equipment were dirty upon arrival. When you walk into the property it smells of cigarette smoke. Walls are very thin and you can hear all the activity from all the neighbors. The shower quickly gets cold (coming from the first person that showered) and doesn’t drain. Hosts do not provide any soap or shampoo. Bunk bed is very squeaky and the top bunk moves almost in a way where you wonder if it is secure or not. The armchair in the living room is broken. Overall a hotel would likely be cleaner and nicer than this property.

Needs updating

The location was perfect, just where we needed to be for our activities. However, The unit is supposed to be smoke free but the minute you walk in the room smelled musty and like old cigarettes. The matress was horrible, lumpy and felt like the 1940’s springs were coming up. My husband after couple hours had to get up and sleep in the chair, it hurt his back. The sheets were old, had piling if you know what I mean. The tub needs mildew cleaned. Can’t recommend!!

This property is in a great location! It is within walking distance to the grocery store, has a cute swing set just to the side of the building. It's on the lower level with parking just outside the front door. It is across from the outlet mall and has great access to the main roads that lead to the attraction areas. The property was clean. It is small, just as pictured, but was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. The kitchen had plates, bowls, and cups, and very limited cooking utensils, so if you plan to do any cooking, you'll want to bring your favorite necessities, no dishwasher so plan to bring paper plates or hand wash the dishes. The washer and dryer in unit was very handy--bring your own detergent. The shower ran out of hot water 5 minutes into the first shower one day and stayed hot for 4 showers the next day--not sure if the hot water heater is connected to the whole building. Overall, it was a great little place to stay for a few nights. The scenery around North Conway can't be beat!

Not Accurate

I dont normally write reviews but I have to say my husband and I were disappointed by what we experienced here. The property looked clean at first site but wasn't. The property has noticeably not been updated in some time. The cabinets were broken, several light fixtures didn't work, the bed had a bed cover that was uncomfortable and noisy. There is not central air and the ac provided is quite noisy. Their neighbors smoked and you could smell it through the walls. I tripped on the rug in living room because it was sticking up When we decided to stay elsewhere and reached out to property owners we asked if they would call us so we could explain why (several times) but they just kept texting us back and forth for a couple of days giving us the run around. They were more concerned that we didnt release the property to be re rented. Our cost was not refundable. You get what you pay for if you are okay with what that.

Great location, very comfortable, quiet area. Great access to everything in the area. The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The unit itself was clean not dirty at all. These are small things but noticeable to us. This certainly would not stop us from coming back too the same place, it is a great location, it's quiet and it is very comfortable with most of what you'll need and communication was very simple and prompt. Just like maybe a better mechanism to account for missing items or damage to the property so we are not potentially held responsible for existing damage.
