Unbelievable property. Have stayed in Monaco, Paris,Cannes, Amalfi Coast and never had a property better than villa Feronia! Well done Marta!!

Our family had an amazing stay, and this home exceeded every expectation. The listing photos are completely accurate, but the property and views are even more impressive in person.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every amenity we needed. The pool was warm and perfect for relaxing, and the rooftop terrace quickly became our favorite place to unwind while taking in the incredible scenery. We were also pleasantly surprised that there were virtually no bugs, so we enjoyed the outdoor spaces every day.Marta was an exceptional host. She greeted us upon arrival and departure, answered every question we had, and made us feel completely at home. She stocked the kitchen with breakfast foods and homemade treats, which was such a thoughtful welcome after a long travel day. The welcome packet was extremely helpful, and her restaurant recommendations were perfect for our family.She also arranged rental car delivery to the property and set us up with a private chef dinner and wine tasting, both of which were highlights of our trip.Every detail reflected Marta’s care and hospitality. This home wasn’t just a place to stay—it helped make our Italian vacation absolutely perfect. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Umbria.
