As you enter this lovely villa, the spacious dining room table is on the left. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen with Corian counters has a breakfast bar that seats four. To the right of the foyer is the secondary suite with a private bathroom furnished with Queen and Twin beds. Just past the kitchen on the right you enter the primary suite furnished with a King size Bed, access to the balcony along with a private bath with a tub and a separate shower.
The open floor plan leads to the living room. It is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating for the family to watch movies on the large flat screen TV. The exterior door leads to the spacious balcony. This is a great spot for the perfect family vacation.
Situated across the street from Coligny Plaza's many restaurants and shops. Our home is one block to North Forest Beach. As you walk down the beach path you will see the outdoor beachside pool that is available for use by our guests. Check out Pool Bar Jims for a refreshing summertime beverage.

We have owned 209 North Shore Place (3 N. Forest Beach Dr) for almost 5 years. We have enjoyed hosting guests at our condo. It is really close and convenient to many restaurants, shopping and North Forest Beach with a 5-minute walk to the ocean.
Why they chose this property
Park your car and walk/bike to everything. We are one block to the beach and across the street to all the amenities you would need for a great vacation. Popular Ice Cream shops and Coffee Shops are literally next to our building.
What makes this property unique
We have it all. Large spacious rooms for family of 5 or two couples. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
