5-minute walk to the beach. Rooftop pool w/hot tub & Beach Side pool at Sea Crest. And Pool Bar Jims! Sleeps 5 with 3 beds (king, Queen, Twin). Beach Towels and Chairs provided. Adjacent to Coligny Plaza Restaurants and Shops!

Outstanding Beach Villa that feels like home. The villa has two separate bedroom suites with all the amenities of home. 2nd floor villa in a quiet, upscale building.

Take the elevator from our gated secure garage. Your vehicle stays cool during the day in our covered and gated garage.


As you enter this lovely villa, the spacious dining room table is on the left. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen with Corian counters has a breakfast bar that seats four. To the right of the foyer is the secondary suite with a private bathroom furnished with Queen and Twin beds. Just past the kitchen on the right you enter the primary suite furnished with a King size Bed, access to the balcony along with a private bath with a tub and a separate shower.

The open floor plan leads to the living room. It is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating for the family to watch movies on the large flat screen TV. The exterior door leads to the spacious balcony. This is a great spot for the perfect family vacation.

Situated across the street from Coligny Plaza's many restaurants and shops. Our home is one block to North Forest Beach. As you walk down the beach path you will see the outdoor beachside pool that is available for use by our guests. Check out Pool Bar Jims for a refreshing summertime beverage.

We visit hilton head every year in oct and love staying in coligny because its so close to so many restaurants, shops, the grocery store, and of course the beach. Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. We look firward to visiting again.

Wonderful place!

Had a great time staying here. Everything was perfect from day 1 throughout. Really appreciate the beach chairs and beach towels. Also, great location to the beach and shops/restaurants. It's in a busy part of the island but the condo is on the quieter side of the building so we never were bothered by traffic, crowds, etc. Will definitely look to stay here again soon!

Joe and Karen's place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for me and my family. It was very tastefully decorated and homey. The seating and beds were all extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We called it perfect. Joe was wonderful to work with by being very responsive to any questions I had, etc... My family and I would love to stay there again next year. Huge thanks to Joe and Karen for allowing us to stay in their fabulous home.

Stayed for 7 nights with our three daughters and had such a great experience at this 2-bedroom condo in Hilton Head. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Coligny Beach, the plaza, shops, and restaurants, which made it so easy to get around without always needing the car.The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.We also enjoyed the pool area, which was never too crowded and a nice option when we didn’t feel like heading to the beach. Check-in was simple, communication with the host was smooth and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay here! The layout of the condo is perfect, giving both bedrooms privacy. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything that we needed. Comfortable seating, inside and out and the beds were comfortable too! The condo is very well cared for and felt very clean. The location really is perfect. A very short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs at the condo but we ended up renting chairs and umbrellas from the company right on the beach for the week. There are shops, restaurants, coffee, grocery store, and ice cream right across the street! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Hilton Head!

Park your car and walk/bike to everything. We are one block to the beach and across the street to all the amenities you would need for a great vacation. Popular Ice Cream shops and Coffee Shops are literally next to our building.
