The beach gear was worth its weight in gold, good wagon, good umbrella, tons of boards, coolers and even snorkeling gear. We did not spend much time at the pool area except to BBQ one night. We loved the location as it was close to Hapuna beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking gear too.

Condo was equipped with all the staples of home. We felt like we were in our own home. Variety of amenities that ensured our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Owner was fantastic with communication and made sure our stay was comfortable.

The property is very spacious and very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were many extra pillows available. We enjoyed all of the room and the lanais. The only suggestion we have is to improve the wifi - the signal is very weak. The host was very communicative and the property is very easy to find. The location was perfect for us. It was very close to the resort where we had a wedding as well as a great location for traveling the entire island. We did decide to stay overnight on Hilo side when we spent two days exploring the east side of the island, the national park and Mona Kea. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay

We love staying up in Waikoloa Village and love the Paniolo Greens neighborhood. It is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The condo was clean, exactly as advertised, and had every amenity, beach supply, and kitchen supply/condo supply that you could think of.The owners were very responsive and so extremely helpful prior to our arrival and during our time there.

Waikoloa Village

The condo was very nice. Parking was conveniently located close to the condo. It's close to the gym and pool. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could want. Very nice set up.

Great stay

We had a great stay here. Nice place we loved that there was 2 bathrooms full bathrooms we could take two showers at the same time, and that the pool was super close. This ground floor unit does have a short set of stairs that go down to the front door. If you enjoy eating breakfast on the lanai you will get a visit from some of the turkeys that roam the property.. The master bedroom mattress was soft. A great stay and we would love to stay here again.

Convenient location for north island activities. Nice facility. We did not use pool or other facilities so cannot comment on those. The list of restaurants/food is not very good/thorough. Had to find affordable restaurants close.
