Welcome to this adorable ranch cottage located on a private canal off of Burt Lake! A private boat slip can be used upon guests request for no additional charge. This cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining space, and a wrap around backyard deck for outdoor enjoyment. The garage space is not available. However, there is a driveway and street parking. Short walk to the local public beach and downtown amenities that Indian River has to offer! Great location to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Cheboygan, Mackinaw, and a 45 min drive to Boyne! There is a propane grill and above ground fire pit with outdoor seating for guests to use.
