Enjoy your next stay at our charming, peaceful and family-friendly home located in the Butterfly Capital of Texas.

Jasper is known as the Butterfly Capital of Texas because it is on one of the main flyways for the migration of the monarch butterfly.

We are 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn Lake and 15 minutes to Dam B and Martin Dies State Park.

The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot with a double gate for you to park your recreational vehicles

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect for my family of 7. It’s a little out of town, which made it nice and quiet, but still close to grocery stores and anything else we needed—perfect balance.The host was awesome too—very friendly, quick to respond, and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
