This private place has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, living room, dining area and loft, Close to everything, making it easy to become a part of the community. Tucked away on a quiet side street, the open floorplan has stairs leading to a pine loft. The kitchen is set up with a full sized refrigerator, kitchen sink, microwave, toaster oven and two burners.

We cater to monthly stays but if you see shorter stays between longer stays, please reach out to see if we can accommodate.
The space
The property is a converted house with a front porch and back yard, 300 feet from Main Street, Rockland. There is a gallery in the front commercial space. A two bedroom apartment upstairs and a lovely flat in the back of the first floor. There is a tandem parking space that can fit two cars.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to the backyard and front porch. And invited to art openings on the first Friday of the month and closings on the last Monday of the month.
