GREAT LOCATION BETWEEN CAMDEN AND ROCKLAND. Walking distance (.5 mile) to Rockport Harbor and restaurants. 5 minutes driving distance from downtown shops and the harbor in Camden. 10 minutes driving distance to Rockland for art galleries, shops and the Lobster Festival in August. Walking trails, kayak rentals and Camden Hills State Park are all close by. Camden Snow Bowl ski area is 3 miles away. Sorry, no pets. Much more to do and see from this central location!

This was an amazing place to stay! It was our first time in Maine, and Rockport was the perfect town for this first experience. It is such a cutie rental if you’re wanting a quick getaway to explore a new town! We most definitely want to come back!!

This was a bucket list creative photography trip for me and this location delivered. Walkable and easy to drive to locations for all types of landscape and forest photos. Great downtown areas and places to catch a quick bite also easy to get to laundry. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Super clean and comfortable apartment. Plenty of, and easy parking. Good location close to anywhere you might want to go in the Midcoast area. Very responsive host. What is accurately listed, but for those planning a longer stay just remember that there’s no washer dryer plenty of laundromats in the area if you need them.

This was a clean, roomy property. Great shower and nice appliances. However, there was no insulation between our unit and the unit above. We could hear people talking above us (and they weren't shouting) and the normal walking sound from above was very very loud. (It was hard to hear the TV at times in the evening.) Noise from the nearby road was also a bit disturbing at night due to no insulation. There was no air conditioning during our stay - the window unit was in the closet, but we did not need it (as it was mid-June). Would recommend the Rockland Diner in Rockland, and Claws Lobster Joint as well as Archers in Rockland as close places to eat.

Thank you for your review. We feel compelled to respond to some of the comments. This is a modern building with plenty of insulation between the floors and in the exterior walls. The air conditioner is a window unit. We typically do not install it until it is necessary. It does a very good job cooling the space.
