Harbor Waterfront Cottage in Downtown Camden! Walk to everything!

Wonderful home in the heart of Camden. Waterfront harbor views from the deck. Walk to brand new, lovely restaurants and get up close to the magnificent yachts at Lyman Morse . Our home is furnished in a modern and chic style by an interior designer. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Two full baths and a powder room. 5 min walk to town- Camden at your doorstep! Sit on the deck and watch the schooners come and go or stroll into town and discover world class restaurants, bars and music! The house is fully equipped with everything!! Including a travel crib and lobster pot! The home was built in 1904 and does have some of the quirks you would expect of an old house. We have recently installed heat pumps and all three floors are now fully air conditioned.

Perfect spot to walk everywhere in downtown Camden. Right on the harbor too! Cute old house with a great deck to watch all the boats and ships in the harbor. The owner is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend!!

Walking distance to many restaurants and schooner cruises, shops and galleries. Loved being directly on the Harbor. My husband & son spent hours watching all the boats going in and out of the harbor and since it’s a working harbor, they especially loved watching all the goings on. The house is old and beautiful, quirky and lovely, and suited us perfectly. We loved it!

We had a fabulous stay. The upstair rooms we used were comfortable and I loved hearing the clock tower’s gentle gong on the hour. The location is ideal-a very short and easy walk to town. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening chats. The hosts responded quickly and were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this house and hope to be back next year for a longer stay. And Camden is a charming town.

This is an awesome piece of property! The view from this home is everything we wanted. We are directly above Camden Harbor, one of the most beautiful harbors in the United States. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants & shopping. It's exactly like the pictures posted.

Beautiful Camden home

My Friends and I had a wonderful stay. Loved sitting on the deck looking out at the boats and water. Close enough to visit Acadia and Portland. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location and lovely place

Excellent place for our visit to Maine. Nice view of the harbor and only a short walk away into the town. Good base for getting out to see nearby parts of Maine. Acadia and Bar Harbor are well worth a day trip. Very nice place.

Downtown Camden

Super charming house with an amazing view and location! Very accessible to all of downtown Camden and lovely walk to the wonderful shops/restaurants. Made for a great location to many day trips as well. Hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. Next time we hope to come back during the summer to enjoy the great deck! Great Winter Stay!

We visited Camden to ski and let our kids enjoy the snow! The house was clean, host responsive, and the neighborhood was great! The week we were there, Camden got a snow storm so we took advantage of the fireplace and being able to walk to the “sledding hill” in Harbor Park. Overall a great visit!

Great location and view of harbor!

This is a unique older home complete with all household items you need to support your stay. The owners were very responsive. It is within walking distance from downtown which has cute shops and nice restaurants. The Fall colors were amazing!
