About the host
Hosted by Kristen Barkley
Our family has long admired and appreciated the ranch for its inspiring legacy, community contributions, and of course, the view. Preservationists at heart, and supported by a progressive vision, our family is committed to honoring this historic ranch by raising premium Red Angus cattle, employing regenerative agricultural practices, and preserving its views for the Sisters community. We have opened up staying at the Lodge @ Pole Creek because we know people who stay with us will love being on the property, will appreciate the modern aesthetic of the home, and the history that can be found in the Lodge, and enjoy all the ranch has to offer. We are excited to make this stay special for you and your guests and are happy to offer concierge services if needed.
Why they chose this property
Pole Creek Ranch is a landmark and legacy to the City of Sisters, to Central Oregon, and all Oregonians. It is a rare green jewel in an increasingly subdivided world. The previous stewards of this ranch ensured that it would enrich anyone who touched it. We are committed to preserving that legacy.
What makes this property unique
It's a 345-acre ranch that is steeped in history. When you come to stay, you can wander the ranch, and enjoy the history, and if you are so inclined to get your rancher hat on for the weekend, let us know.
