Our family meets in PCB every year for vacay and we have stayed in other homes, condos, etc. I will say this property was the cleanest we have experienced! Everyone felt like we were truly in out own private resort even though the hustle and bustle of pcb was all around us! The beach access was so close and convenient! We will definitely be coming back to this location again!

Fantastic Family Fun!

We had absolutely fantastic time! The facilities were to-notch, and our family especially loved the lazy river-it was a perfect way to relax and have fun together. The property was well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful! We’ll definitely be back!

Very Pleased is an under statement- I am a Realtor and can be picky. We all enjoyed our space and our gathering spots were perfect. Loved the Lazy River- Loved the staff- loved the food- We will be back and next trip will be extended! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful Beach home.

We had issues with the tv. It was difficult to stream using your own apps and the channels were limited. It took 2 days to get someone to help us with this issue. The ice maker did not make ice but the front desk did provide us with bags of ice. There was some confusion when we checked in about payment. They initially said I had not paid anything and was going to run my card for the entire amount but someone else at the desk stepped in after I showed them proof of where I had paid my entire balance. When I used the texting mode to notify them of issues it seemed as though there was little communication between who I was messaging and the onsite management. Overall our stay was pleasant enough but some of those issues were annoying.

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property. The host provided excellent service and always responded within 30 minutes. The home and grounds were beautiful, the A/C worked great, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We loved the clean pool, lazy river, waterslide, and the convenience of food and drink service. The beds were very comfortable, and guest services quickly handled a late-night noise issue outside our home. The biggest disappointment was the lack of comfortable seating in the living room. The couch only seated four people, and there were just two additional hard, outdated straw-back chairs that were very uncomfortable. These two chairs were more suited for outdoors than indoor furniture in such a nice home. For a home that sleeps a large family and costs over 5,000 for five nights, there should be enough comfortable seating to gather together. We often had to pull in hard bar chairs or sit on the floor. The ice maker also never worked. Although I reported it twice and was given two bags of ice, it was never repaired, so we had to buy ice daily. The TVs were another minor disappointment. They were not Smart TVs, some had connection issues, and in a couple of rooms YouTube was the only thing accessible. Despite these issues, we did enjoy our stay and would go back again.
