Property mgmt company was very responsive and the location was fantastic. Walking distance to King St and shopping. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced as it is completely concave. The two people who slept in it were very uncomfortable.

Overall this property is in a location that is close to the historic district - the cafe across the street was a great way to get breakfast! House is on a busy street - lots of road noise, they do have sound machines in the rooms to help. Our only issue is the parking it's really, really tight - we had a standard car (Altima) and the owner has a truck and van - you have to drop passengers off at sidewalk and get side mirror almost touching the neighbors house and then stagger the car in between the space of truck and van to get out of drivers side, NO backing in. This means you are backing out onto a busy street. Street parking was hard to locate a spot, especially at the end of the day.

We were very happy with the accommodations - the place was very clean inside, with plenty of space for our family of six. In the mornings we would sit out on the side porch to enjoy coffee and pastries, which we purchased from the coffee shop across the street.

"While we enjoyed being so close to the sights of Charleston, there were some oversights that impacted our trip. The HVAC failed during our stay, leaving the house at 60 degrees with no extra blankets available. We had to leave the property for part of the day for repairs. Additionally, the porch needed a deep clean, and the house lacked essentials like a broom and dish towels. It was a tight fit for 5 adults. The interior was clean, but we expected a bit more for the price." The property was advertised with a patio and grill but we were locked out of the back yard.
