Great apartment in a central location in Philly. Everything that we wanted to see and do was walkable. Lots of great restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished in a quiet building. I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice apartment in a decent part of town. It was clean, and provided what I needed. The host was quick to respond to questions and the check-in email provided all the information I needed and some good extra tips on the area. I would definitely stay again.

Had to reach out for the building code after check-in started. The apartment had a cigarette smoke smell, the toilet barely flushed, and the floors and tables could have been cleaner.

The location was excellent and was a really nice place - perfect for a long weekend getaway for two! Easy walking distance to downtown, the building was clean and secure, and everything went well. Note - parking is not available at the building, but there are very inexpensive long term lots all around. Thanks again!

This property was perfect for staying in Philly for the MLB All Star Weekend. It provided the amenities we needed for our 3 night stay. The property was clean, the kitchenette had what we needed, and was quiet. The only reason why we did not give five stars was because the bed was extremely creaky which was slightly annoying and the coffee/side tables were wobbly/not sturdy. Also, the bedroom door did not close all the way and the large post in the bedroom is not included in any of the photo listings so be aware of that. Communication with the host as okay. We received check-in information 3 hours before check-in and it was not the most clear other than how to access the property. We did not receive any check-out information from the host so hoping we don’t get hit with a cleaning fee as we cleaned up after ourselves before leaving. Despite the creaky and wobbly furniture and slight lack of communication from the host, we would recommend others stay here.
