Bring your boat to this private and secluded three-bedroom lakefront ranch home that has been newly redone. This quiet location on Lake Wallenpaupack, Pennsylvania, is just 2 1/2 hours from New York City or Philadelphia. Kayaks and paddle boards are included. Private Boat dock and beach.
A fully furnished ranch house w/a fully stocked kitchen. All kinds of appliances and more to cook everything you need. Grill out on a large, oversized deck to watch the sunset on the lake: rocking chairs, outdoor furniture, and a large stone patio on the beachfront. Large stone steps lead into the lake. A gigantic stone fire pit is also down by the lake with a Rockwall to sit on by the fire. Boat Dock ...Pet friendly.
It's full of all kinds of games, extra tables, and extra rooms for game night. Also, there are tons of DVDs to entertain adults and children. Beautiful trees are down both sides of the property, but a large clearing is in the middle to walk down to the lake. There is a fenced-in area off the deck for your dog.

Please make sure all windows everywhere are closed and curtains in the living room are closed.
Please take your trash recycling with you, or drop it off at the Palmyra Township building on 390. It’s only a few miles away. We do not have trash pick up because nobody will come down our Stone Road
No need to strip the beds just leave them unmade, collect towels and throw them in the bathtubs. Return the key to the lock box and make sure you pull the door tight to lock. Lock patio door.

Hello I grew up in Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley. My father's dream was always to have a home up on Lake Wallenpaupack . As a cement mill foreman he couldn't afford two homes. In the 90s I was a model in New York City and did well and bought a home in 1998 on the lake. Sadly, my father died just a few months later. I lived in this house for 12 years and it was a wonderful experience. My work brought me back to Lehigh Valley so now it's time to allow others to enjoy this place as I will also do so.
Why they chose this property
It took me a year to find this place, taking several trips from the city to meet my realtor. I wanted someplace that was very private and quiet, which is hard to find on any busy motor boating lake. I didn't want to HOV or the neighborhood; I wanted seclusion and quiet away from my busy life in New York. I found it in this home. I have renovated it twice in the 20+ years. I've owned it.
The sunsets are gorgeous. We have a big, beautiful deck that overlooks the lake and has views of sunset. I have a 100-foot lakefront with an oversized stone patio and fireplace down on the lake. There's nothing quite like it.

What makes this property unique
We're not in a planned community, and you can't see any neighbors from the house. It's private and spacious, and I allow dogs, well-behaved dogs, and responsible owners. It has a fenced-off area off the deck, so your dogs can roam free and not worry about them chasing the deer.
