This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The views from this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo are spectacular! This 12th floor 801 sq ft unit has direct unobstructed views of the sugar white sand beaches and beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom has a king bed and in the living room a sleeper sofa. This condo is decorated in cool colors with a flat screen TV and DVD in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with lots of counter space for making a cup of coffee or cooking local seafood for dinner. All rooms have tiled floors.

The amenities include a weight room racquetball court sauna indoor pool hot tubs tennis courts and outdoor pool with waterfall bridge. If you're looking for a place to go out at night you're next door to the legendary Flora-Bama. Phoenix X is one of the most popular complexes in Orange Beach and located a short distance from restaurants and grocery stores.

Good stay but poor checkout experience

Everything went well until the day of checkout. At 7:30 AM a gentleman had gotten the code to access our room and he opened the door surprised to find us there. He said he was there to replace the chairs and he apologized. At approximately 8 AM I returned from a trip downstairs to find that the code for the lock no longer worked. Luckily my wife was still inside and let me in. Finally when we were ready to checkout we attempted to use the check out link they sent and our browser would not allow it to open due to a security certificate issue. We tried 2 different browsers. We scanned the emails and texts we had received looking for a phone number and noticed it was not posted on any correspondence. I had to do an internet search to find the phone number and call the office to check out.

It was a very beautiful condo on the beach just as advertised and worth every penny. Youngs are very friendly.

Not what we expected

Here are many things we found wrong with our condo 1) The living room rug was filthy 2) The living room chair was broken 3)The living room ceiling had a leak in it 4)The dresser drawers didn't open smoothly 5)The bathroom tub didn't drain 6) The dryer didn't work 7) The balconies furniture was old and rusty, only 3 chairs 7) The balcony floor was filthy 8) One window was foggy due to a bad seal 9) The ice maker needed repair 10) only 2 coffee cups, no hot pads, no cookie sheet
