It’s all about the view

Very pleasant stay, the patio view is fantastic. We liked sitting out at night and hearing music from the Flora-Bama. AC did a good job cooling. Would stay here again.

The unit is tired. The kitchen needs silverware. The frying pans should be thrown out. Plastic glasses for the deck would be great.A starter coffee would be much appreciated the first morning.The unit needs a deep cleaning! The best feature is the location.

Thank you for your feedback. Phoenix X unit 816 has so much more to offer than a breath taking view. The unit is well furnished and decorated as well as clean and comfortable. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Phoenix X is located next door to the World-Famous Flora-Bama restaurant, lounge, and beach front bar! There are other great restaurants within walking distance too like Old River Grill and FloraBama Yacht Club located just across the street. The outdoor newly renovated pool and sun deck include charcoal grills and sitting areas for all to enjoy. The indoor pool and hot tubs are there for all to enjoy too! Let's not forget about the indoor fitness center. Please come back soon and enjoy all the area has to offer. There are a lot of families and friends who visit the property multiple times a year and have made Phoenix X an annual vacation destination!

Fall beach vacation

Our family of 5 hadn't had a beach vacation in 4 years and usually go with extended family. We always love going to the Gulf shores/ Orange Beach area. This is the first time we went just the 5 of us and the first time we stayed this far down. We absolutely loved the location. The beach wasn't over crowded and there were plenty of near by stores/ restaurants. The VRBO was perfect size and set up for us and our kiddos, ages 7-9-12. The washer was incredibly loud, but otherwise no issues. Would book again.

Listing was just as it showed!

This was a very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay and had minimal issues. There were only two issues that we had but never complained because it didn’t effect our stay. The shower pressure in the main bathroom wasn’t very good and the light in the main closet wouldn’t come on. Everything else was perfect.

Condo with amazing views

The condo had most everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Views were above and beyond and the live music from FloraBama everyday was an added bonus. I loved listening to the waves at night. The one disappointment was no one told us the outdoor pool was “under construction” and would be out of service. I most likely would have picked some place else to stay. Indoor pool was nice though, kids had a great time there. Staff at the Phoenix X was also very nice and accommodating.

It is a Phoenix, so it has all the amenities. However the ice maker did not work in this unit. The master shower is very small. The mattress was extra firm. Phoenix X has all the amenities.
