I would rate this a 4.5 if we could use ½ stars. This place was nice and had everything you expect from a good Vrbo rental. They desperately need a new mattress!

Clean and convenient
The location was perfect for our trips to national parks. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay at this place.
I stayed here with 2 others from my family and this worked very well for us. We enjoyed the hot tub. Additionally, there was a cooler to keep our water cool when we went to the national parks. The location was about a 5 min drive south of downtown Moab. Overall, the property was a good value compared to the other options.
I enjoyed our stay, but a previous review noted some of the things I agree should be addressed to make it 5 stars. As it stands now, there are no kitchen staples (seasoning, oil, coffee filters, etc.) and the cookware is really worn out. As mountain bikers, a hose would be appreciated for washing down bikes.
The hot tub was great, and the pool is steps away. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would love to see a few of those little details addressed.

The property was in a great location. The hot tub was only set at 89 degrees so we were unable to use it the first night. The hot tub also needed a change of water, we would be sitting in the tub and clumps of hair started floating around. The bath tub/ shower upstairs was dirty and the shower curtain made it smell in the shower. The property overall was great just needed a little extra cleaning.
This place worked well for us. We wanted to check out Moab for a couple of days and this little place was down the road about 4 miles from the main strip through town. Close, but far enough away from the hustle of Main Street.
The townhome is clean and the colors are cute and bright. It’s in a super nice area, just across from a golf course.
Here are my critiques:
Bring your own kitchen gear if possible. The stuff here is limited. There are plates and utensils. There is salt but no salt shaker. The pots and pans are a bit warped and the non stick coating isn’t non-stick anymore and it’s scratched. There is a coffee pot but you’ll need to bring your own coffee. Someone left filters but they are small. Recommend bringing the large, flat bottom kind for optimal brewage.
The carpets could use replacing (some stains and the padding under the carpet on the stairs is flattened pretty badly).
The bed and pillows are not the best, but they were okay. The mattress needs replacing. And the pillows are very flat.
All in all, if you’re someone who is super picky, I’d look elsewhere. But if you’re just looking for a place to hang in between seeing and doing all the fun things Moab has to offer, this place is pretty good, and it’s priced well compared to some of the other places we checked out.
Really nice place in the complex with a great view and grass behind which is super nice.
Had a problem with the hot tub and this was corrected immediately.
Thanks!
House was as listed but it’s obvious that it’s just a rental property. Kitchen light didn’t work nor did toaster. Many things as broken but functional enough. We have stayed at other properties that some one actually cared about but this was not one of them. It did serve its purpose well for us though. Overall we enjoyed its just hard to see so many things that need to be fixed or replaced.
Overall it was a great place to stay. Comfortable and quiet. Hot tub used daily. A few minor things where there was very few dishes for use and the grill had no propane. Time for the management company to inventory what’s there since there isn’t much.
The unit was immaculately clean and smelled fresh when we arrived, and not like strong cleaners/chemicals. The beds were comfortable and the location is absolutely unbeatable. It was extremely quiet; no road noise, no barking dogs (not even once!), and no neighbor noise. The hot tub was fantastic with a great view of the rim. Our only "issue" was the kitchen; despite a group size of six, there were only two bowls. The knives were cheap and extremely dull. The pans had dented bottoms and the teflon surfaces were damaged (which is when they should be tossed). There was nothing resembling food storage available, not even aluminum foil. The bottom shelf of the fridge was missing, which made putting away the food we brought tricky. We made do and bought paper bowls in town. Despite sub-par kitchen amenities, we very much enjoyed our stay here and will look for it again when we return to Moab!
It was exactly as listed! We had no problems communicating, even had to change plans a few days before and there was absolutely no issues. Thanks so much!
Good location, clean and property management was responsive. Hot tub was really nice after long hikes during the day. Simple updates are necessary. Cable - no good channels, very limited. Bathroom can be updated - toilet seat replaced. Carpet has seen better days. Door to the garage needs to be cleaned. The sliding door to the patio needs to be oiled. Inside refrigerator missing shelves. I put a bowl of food only to find out the shelf was missing so spilled my food.
The condo was nice and in good repair and clean. The location was about 4 miles from town but in a very nice neighborhood. The hot tub was a nice plus as we were often tired and kind of sore after a long day hiking or rafting and whatever else.
Loved the location, close to everything we wanted to do. Clean, well-kept and just as pictured. We had a lovely time. Would definitely stay here again!
This condo is in a nice development a little up and away from Central Moab but everything is convenient. Rooms are nice, kitchen is decent (glass shelf in fridge & plastic pieces on microwave case were missing or broken), hot tub is clutch, grill is NICE, garage is snug but nice to have, dining is a little cramped, but really the only downside of this place was the rather chintzy soap in the dispensers. (If you're this fancy, do better.) Really enjoyed seeing canyonlands & Arches while we were here.
Great place for a base to explore all moab has to offer.

Ok
Description of beds was not accurate. Emailed and asked before our stay but did not get response. I understand it is pet friendly but there was still dog hair on furniture and floor. Other than that everything was great.
We only stayed here one night, but wish we could have stayed longer since it was so nice. Very clean & neat. Extra linens and bedding in closets as needed. Great views from the back patio and only minutes away from downtown Moab dining.
We would definitely stay here again!
