The townhouse is located in a nice and quiet area. The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable and roomy. However, it needs to be cleaned better( dusty) and was missing some essential items.

The location is fabulous and I would stay there again for that. It is in a very quiet neighborhood on the golf course out of the main hustle bustle of town but very close to everything. It has an adequate kitchen. I would love to see the beds and pillows updated to modern ones.

Great location for outdoors attractions and downtown Moab. My kids were bummed that the complex swimming pool was closed and locked up. The home was clean and spacious enough for our party of six. We loved the second floor deck and the size of the bedrooms.

Pretty location and roomy condo

Great location to visit national parks. Condo has large rooms and beautiful view from deck. The teens enjoyed the pool and the garage was nice to keep car cooler.

Just driving through

We stayed here on our way home from Sedona, AZ to Michigan. The property was a great deal for an overnight stay. You can tell it has been rented quite a bit because of the wear and tear on the furniture but everything was clean. The location was great and check-in and out was easy.

We came for a golf tournament, so the location is excellent. The property is a little worn, but except for the upstairs bathroom, was very clean. We will be coming back next year

Loved being up by the golf course. Perfect location for hikes up into the red rocks and fantastic views 360 degrees. Loved the gas fireplace for cool nights and the grill on the private back patio. Clean cute condo. Excellent value!

Awesome property!

Great views, upper and lower decks that have great views to look at in the evening. Great pool! It felt great after hiking all day. It was a little dirty but everything can't be perfect. Great location, away from the busyness but close enough.

Little dated but everything works and it was comfortable. Fireplace was nice for the cold March temperatures. Also like the bbq grill and porch area. Affordable price. Would stay again.
