I have been staying at Royal Palms since 2010. The view when looking east is always a blessing as there is 5 miles of state park and amazing sunrises. I won't stay anywhere else!

It was clean, all amenities were in working order and it was a beautiful view !! The only downside was being so close to the pool so it was a little loud at times, but that was out of anyone’s control. Great stay!

Great location, clean, no problems during our stay. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee watching the dolphins from the balcony. This area of the beach was not crowded which was nice.

Great start to summer!

Would definitely stay in this condo again. It was perfect for our girls trip. The beds were super comfortable and the master shower was amazing. The patio furniture was cute and cozy. The elevators were quick and available and the walk to the beach was perfect!

Booked through Vrbo that was ultimately through liquid life( absolutely terrible)The place was completely filthy. As soon as we walked in we had to sweep the floor and could fill a solo cup with sand .There were stains on the walls in the bedroom and kitchen.The main door didn’t function properly, had to slam it to get it to shut.Check out was at 10 am .As we were loading our car at 8am the door lock code was changed and wouldn’t let us use it any longer ( still had 2 hours to go until 10 )One day we came up from the beach and our room door was wide open due to some random maintenance guy changing the furnace filter . Not one time did they notify us they were going to do this .When saying something to liquid life about all of this they would only reply with “we are sorry “Royal palms. Unit 301 Renter beware.

Actions we are taking now: - Open a priority inspection of the unit to verify overall condition, address the reported sand and stains, and identify any other cleanliness issues. - Schedule a full deep clean and re‑audit of the cleaning crew; retrain staff and update the turnover checklist to prevent repeats. - Open priority work orders to repair/replace and verify the main door and lock; schedule a locksmith visit to ensure the door functions reliably. - Investigate the lock‑code change that prevented access before checkout and review smart‑lock scheduling and staff actions; implement safeguards so guests retain access until confirmed checkout. - Open an incident investigation into the unannounced maintenance entry; review our maintenance scheduling and guest‑notification procedures and retrain staff to require guest notification/permission except in true emergencies. - Review check‑in/check‑out and security procedures to identify process improvements. - Review your stay for appropriate compensation and next steps. Vacation with inlaws

It was good overall, the outlet in the hallway bathroom didn’t work so I had to blow dry and flat iron my hair in the hallway so that was super annoying all week but all in all it was fine

Great place small issues

The condo and location were great. There were many small issues that I didn’t know how to communicate. The big stove eye didn’t work. There was a gap under the front door, we had to constantly keep a towel down. I think the door seal needed to be replaced. Not only did it allow cold air in, it is March, but it also made a constant whistling sound from the wind. We don’t have any extra blankets to add to the bed at night. I read through all my emails and text messages and couldn’t find the WiFi password. So we used phone data and hotspots. We tried to use the hot tub one night and it was so hot no one could use it. It was dangerously hot.i got dressed to go workout in the “fitness room” it is only a treadmill and bike. No weights at all. It might be better to market it as a cardio room. I would have much preferred a weight set and kettlebells to the treadmill and bike. We are at the beach, there are plenty of places to walk and bike outdoors.
