Great location for families! Very close to Gulf State Park! We rented bikes and it worked wonderfully to get around. Pools were clean! Beach area was pure perfection!

Pool needed to be cleaned had tree bark in it after tropical storm. Our room 1208 needs to have extra cover and extra set of sheets for the couch. Bathrooms need anti slip mats in shower and handicap bars. Both elevators need to work.

Sorry the pool had tree bark after the storm — I’ve notified our grounds team so they can monitor and clean more promptly after weather events. I’ve also passed along the request for an extra cover and an additional set of sheets for the sofa bed, as well as the suggestions for anti-slip shower mats and grab bars, to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review. Finally, the elevator issue has been reported to building management for attention. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention — we hope to welcome you back.
