Charming Cape Cod Cottage with all the modern amenities, including cable, wifi, complete kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, outside shower, deck and gas barbeque. washer and dryer. This cottage has four bedrooms and sleeps 8. It is within walking distance to three bayside beaches. Bayview, Mayflower and Chapin beach are within a 10-15 minute walk. No waiting in line and no parking fees. One mile to Dennis Village with the Dennis Playhouse, Museum of Art, Smuggler's ice cream, Scargo Lake and the Dennis Public Market for provisions. The Village has shops for browsing and restaurants. Chapin's Restaurant and Gina's by the Sea are a short walk from this cottage in a great family neighborhood. central air and heated. Two premium golf courses, pickle ball court, as well as tennis, kayaking and water sports rentals available in the town of Dennis.
The cottage is to be left in the same immaculate condition that you will find it in. No candles or smoking are allowed, nor any parties. Check in is 3pm on the day of arrival and checkout is 10 am on the day of departure. No more than three cars are allowed at the property and there is no off street parking due to the proximity of the beaches. No use of the fireplace please.
Absolutely no beach parking allowed for persons other than renters . This will be strictly enforced and if violated you will be asked to leave. The mini splits are extremely fragile and I ask that they not be touched and only controlled by remotes.

This cottage has hosted many families and travelers, who love Cape Cod and treasure the memories they have made here. Nestled in a family neighborhood away from the usual summer traffic. It has a perfect location one mile from Dennis Village with its ice cream shops and three year round restaurants as well as a delightful candy shop and The Dennis Public Market for your groceries. You can walk to three bay beaches as well as walking distance to Chapin's Restaurant and Gina's by the Bay. The sunsets are magnificent and the best the world has to offer. Just bring your beach blanket down at night and witness one of nature's great marvels.
What makes this property unique
You will love the quaint rose arbor over the door and entrance. There is plenty of room for the children to play soccer or ball in the adjacent yard and a relaxing deck outfitted with furniture and a gas grill right off the kitchen. There is off street parking for three cars and a breakfast room in the front of the house to watch the joggers and strollers leisurely pass and give you a traditional Cape Cod hello.
